I hear this all the time as a nutritionist who helps to unravel decades of diet culture and get people feeling confident in their bodies.
Ignoring your body image is futile because you have one whether you work on it or not. But because body image is often confused with body positivity, there is this assumption that if you work on your body image, you'll let yourself go.
