7. How I received my new name

Do you feel your name suits you? In today’s episode I share the story of how I received my new name in a recent 1:1 breathwork ceremony with one of my mentors, Malina Dawn including a little bit of playful mischief from Loki. My new name is Sól which means sun. As I was born on the Summer Solstice (or Litha) this really resonates for me
