6. Why and how to protect your sacred energy during a period of expansion

In today’s episode I discuss why it’s essential to protect your sacred energy, especially during a time of expansion and offer a variety of protective rituals and magicks to play with 

When we’re in a period of expansion (whether personally, professionally, or both) our area of energetic influence expands. Thus, it requires more protection magicks to cover that extra area that we are energetically sensitive to. Some of my favorite ways to protect your sacred energy are:

• Smoke cleanses

• Crystals

• Sigils

• Essential oils

• Sound, music, chanting, and mantras

• Affirmations 

We want to be intentional with our energy and who we are inviting in to influence us. Decisions made from our place of power and sovereignty are going to be far more aligned than choices made while energy vampires are sucking on our sacred juice
