Olena Bespalenko (Bio):

Everyone encounters stress and trauma in life, and there’s nothing more stressful and traumatizing than war. Not only has Olena been through all of the above and stayed sane and balanced, but she also began helping others with the powerful tools she has. With 14 years of self-practice, education, and experience in Clinical Somatics and the Feldenkrais Method, Olena's work with those who have suffered psychologically and physically from the horrors of the war in Ukraine has been incredibly impactful. She aids wounded soldiers, amputees, people (and animals) with disabilities, and families of the fallen, helping them stay strong, find inner and outer support, and move on regardless of the circumstances. As a skilful singer and musician, Olena also assists people in opening their voices and achieving sounds they never deemed possible. She offers individual hands-on and online sessions, as well as group lessons, workshops, and seminars with a scientific approach to every topic she covers.
