In this episode I want to share with you my thoughts on the importance of taking time to find strength and balance in our core. Modern day living has us sitting down more than we might normally, making repetitive movements that over time create subtle imbalances between the front and back of our bodies. Which in turn can have a knock on affect for the strength of the muscles that support our spine.  Over longer periods of time our posture and stability around our central axis the spine can then also be affected.
