For years, Anna kept changing jobs and kept hitting the same wall. Good companies, roles she was good at, and still the same feeling underneath it all: that she was the wrong one, that she had never found the thing that was hers.
That feeling is what pushed her to start her own company. Not because entrepreneurship is the answer for everyone, and Anna is the first to say it isn't. But building Happy Monday in Ukraine taught her what she does now, guiding people through getting lost, feeling unsure, and preparing for work that keeps changing under their feet.
Then came the invasion. In one day, five years of work was gone. She could have stopped. Instead she kept going, and what she set up to help 5,000 women ended up reaching way moer. Can you guess how many?
Can you imagine finding out what you're capable of only in the moment everything falls apart?
This one is for anyone who feels stuck, lost, or unsure their career is on solid ground. You'll hear how Anna helps people navigate exactly that, why the safest-looking job is often the most fragile, and the belief that anchors everything she does now: as humans we are far more capable than we know, and we find that out in the hardest moments, not the easy ones. Real safety was never out there. It was inside her the whole time.
