"Whatever you do for yourself is never crazy enough." That's what Silvia said in our conversation, and knowing her, she really embodies that motto. She has a very inspiring career spanning BCG, Nike, and now she's VP Sports, Kids and Underwear at Best Secret, the role she says that “ticks all the boxes of what I was looking for”. How did she build a career like this?
What people might not know behind the scenes (and what you'll hear in the conversation) is that she didn't get this far by accident, she's very intentional with her choices and stays open to grow.
For example she decided to go back to university 2 years ago. That's right, mid-career and as a Director.
