For this cook-along recipe, you will need (serves 4):


75ml flavourless oil (such as vegetable or groundnut)

Bunch of spring onions

3tbsp soy sauce

2tsp caster sugar

4 egg noodle nests

1 broccoli

Sea salt

2tbsp toasted sesame seeds
