For this cook-along recipe, you will need:


Some salted butter

Bunch of spring onions

1-2 green chillies

200g cornmeal

200g plain flour

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp bicarbonate of soda

1 tsp fine sea salt

200g Greek yoghurt

3 tbsp honey

2 large eggs

225ml whole milk

130ml olive oil

200g feta

150g mature Cheddar cheese
