In this episode of Family Feeds, you can cook along with food writer Georgina Hayden as she makes her Pomegranate Chicken Skewers with Red Cabbage Slaw for author Laura Mucha.


For this cook-along recipe you will need (serves 4):


6 chicken thighs (skinless and boneless)

2 tsp ground cumin

½ tsp ground cinnamon

4 tbsp pomegranate molasses

Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Olive oil

Honey

¼ red cabbage

1 small red onion

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

½ bunch parsley

½ bunch mint

250g Greek yoghurt

1 small garlic clove

1 lemon


To serve:

4 flatbreads

Handful pomegranate seeds (optional)

1 red chilli (optional)
