Kevin was surprised when learned he had passed his college accounting exam with flying colors. After all, while he could explain how he would approach the accounting, the bulk of his answer noted that the organizational dynamics of the example's company were so unhealthy that no financial changes would be effective until the culture was changed. Turns out, his professor agreed.
