Rob Beachy started out his career in the military and took those skills and transitioned in the civilian world as a technical support representative, network admin, IT consulting engineer and ultimately to his current role as Chief Information Officer at Sturgis Bank & Trust.

We discuss learning from failures, fostering open communication, the benefits of building an inclusive culture, and never taking himself too seriously.
