Mark Fulcher is the managing director of Beacon Consult, a leadership and organisation performance consultancy, based out of Melbourne Australia.  Mark has taken his experience from leadership roles in Big 4 consulting and multinationals to help growing SMEs (small-medium orgs) get set up for future success. Mark believes that business success is so closely tied to leadership effectiveness - and so should stay front and centre for all organisations.
