Driven by the paranoia that followed an unexplained home invasion, a father gradually descends into a severe psychological breakdown, mistaking mundane household occurrences for evidence that the intruder never left. His obsession escalates to sleepless nights, erratic behavior, and ultimately a violent episode where he tears apart his home's walls with a hammer, terrifying his family and leading to his institutionalization. In a psychiatric facility, medication brings him moments of clarity to realize his delusion destroyed his family, yet he remains haunted by a lingering, unsettling doubt as to whether something was truly watching him after all.
