Mary Morgan spoke at the first Nice Girl Funeral (her notes ended up in a toilet, which was on brand) & she's coming back this October. Before the first one even existed she was the person I called to figure out what this thing could actually be.
This conversation is about the move almost nobody at a certain level of success makes. Mary hit a wall at consistent five-figure months, paying for team & expenses her revenue didn't match, running the masterclass → training → structure playbook because that's what everyone else was doing. The fork in the road was do it again, or build something nobody had seen. She built a virtual Winter Wonderland. Industry leaders whose books were on her table started showing up asking to work with her. Someone offered her $30K to speak on their stage.
We get into why so many women start a business & then keep looking for safety inside it, how the people who hit 1% level results move in ways most people won't, & why the edge should feel like crawling toward a cliff above the clouds .. not the version of "edgy" that lives in your head & never makes it into your actions. Strategy is just spaghetti someone threw at a wall until it stuck. The question is why you're still only following other people's.
Mary's session at NGF this year is implementation-based, not another to-do list. She has a speaker code if you want to be in the room.
