Alessandro Romagnoli is an Italian breathing expert and psychologist who specialises in cognitive neuroscience. He also has a background in martial arts such as kick boxing and brazilian jiu-jitsu. He helps all types of people ranging from needs to reduce anxiety or to improve sports performance where breathing is a key component.
