I used to think self-awareness meant knowing what you believe and staying committed to it. I don't believe that anymore.
Self-awareness is the ability to challenge what you believe so you can keep the things that are actually true for you and let go of what you only accepted because someone else told you to.
In this episode, I walk through the belief I had to challenge as I built a team at Daily Path Media: that I had to be the only coach working with clients in order to create real impact.
I get into:
Why hiring other coaches to expand delivery multiplies impact instead of walking away from it
Why I still coach and consult clients myself, even though I don't have to anymore
A school system analogy for why staying close to the work matters, even as you scale
Why I stopped treating this as an either or decision and started building for both
If you're growing a coaching business and figuring out how involved to stay in delivery, I think this episode will challenge what you believe to be true too.
