What does the Bible actually say about the Queen of Heaven—and why has this subject been part of Rebecca Greenwood's prayer journey for more than three decades?
In this episode of Victorious Prophetic Warfare, Rebecca takes listeners back to 1993, when she says the Lord began waking her during the night and directing her to Scriptures concerning the Queen of Heaven. From Jeremiah 7 and 44 to Isaiah 47, Acts, and Revelation, Becca shares the biblical passages that became foundational to her understanding of this ancient spiritual influence.
She also shares a powerful prayer encounter from decades later in which she says she saw Jesus while being shown how the influence she identifies as the Queen of Heaven had appeared throughout cultures and nations across history. That encounter led to a deep time of repentance and a cry from Revelation 18:4:
“Come out from her, my people.”
Becca explains why she believes confronting spiritual darkness must begin with personal holiness, repentance, prayer, and alignment with Jesus before addressing larger spiritual strongholds.
She then introduces several of the manifestations explored throughout her book Dethroning the Queen of Heaven, including Ishtar, Lilith, Mami Wata, and Santa Muerte, and explains the connections she draws between these ancient spiritual figures and issues she sees operating in contemporary culture.
Ultimately, this episode is a call to believers and intercessors to understand the biblical foundations of spiritual warfare, pray with discernment, and remember a truth at the heart of Rebecca's ministry:
We don't fight for victory—we fight from victory.
