Hi, I'm Connor with Honor - message me here!
The customer called somebody else. You called back 17 minutes later and the job was already gone.
Picture a morning at a garage door business. Your hands are full, the phone vibrates, and across town a homeowner with a car stuck in the garage hears your voicemail and taps the next listing. AI phone support can help, but there is a version of this story that gets worse. Here is what I want to hear before a system represents your business: what it does when it can't give the caller the answer they want, why a request is not a booking, who owns the follow-up, which uncomfortable calls to test, and what to measure after you start.

If that sounds like a gap in your business, start with what happens to your calls today.
