First, they applaud Sec. Rubio's excellent speech contrasting the ugly, brutal, unimaginative reality of Marxism vs. the beauty, goodness, and ingenuity of free societies. Jim and Greg also welcomre this very clear denunciation of where the Democratic Party appears to be heading.

Next, they tackle President Trump's speech detailing partially declassified intelligence on China's efforts to interfere in the 2020 elections, the U.S. intelligence community keeping this evidence from Trump and the public, how our election systems are vulnerable to mischief and more. Jim explains why he was deepy frustrated by the speech and why the documents don't seem to deliver what Trump suggested.

Then, they get a kick out of the awful Democratic U.S. Senate debate in Maine Thursday night. The New York Times said the prominent candidates struggled mightily, and the gadfly candidates were even more bizarre. Jim and Greg go over some of their favorite moments.

Finally, they react to a New York Post report on the sexual relationships Sen. Ruben Gallego had with staffers from other offices. Already reeling from his close connections to disgraced former California Rep. Eric Swalwell, this is more bad news for Gallego, who is pretty clear about his ambitions to run for president.
