This week they discuss the many Candace Owens conspiracy theories proven wrong in this week's hearings in the Charlie Kirk murder case, the end of the memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the U.S. and Iran, a new Federal Reserve study linking rising housing costs to Biden-era mass immigration, and the Mitch McConnell mystery.

First, they walk through the mountain of evidence revealed in the preliminary hearings for the case against Tyler Robinson, who is accused of murdering Charlie Kirk last year in Utah. They walk through the the facts and how they blow up so many conspiratorial narratives put forth by Candace Owens and others. But they doubt the conspiracies will stop.

Next, they react to President Trump’s deep frustrations with Iran. Speaking from the NATO summit, Trump declared the memorandum of understanding "over," calling the Iranian regime "scum" and "sick people" who cannot be trusted. This follows a major escalation last night, when the U.S. and Iran traded heavy missile strikes.

Then, Jim and Greg dive into a new Federal Reserve working paper that links the Biden-era immigration wave to skyrocketing housing costs. The study reveals that the massive surge in housing demand, without a matching increase in supply, drove up home prices by 30 percent and rent by 20 percent.

Finally, they cover a major update on Mitch McConnell’s weeks-long hospitalization. While top Republican senators claim to have spoken with McConnell over the phone to confirm he is alert, the strict secrecy surrounding his condition has left many deeply skeptical.
