In this episode, I'm recapping this week's Stories In Action session on intuition — what it actually is, how it's different from ego, and the three questions I used to help the group (and myself) figure out where we're making decisions from fear instead of from that deeper knowing.

If you've been white-knuckling your way through this season of your business, this one's for you.

In this episode:

  • Why not having a "plan B" has been quietly wrecking my nervous system
  • The difference between intuition and ego (and how to tell which one's driving)
  • My own intuition-over-ego story from 2011, moving overseas to teach with zero travel experience
  • The 3 reflection questions from this week's Stories In Action session
  • Why "the more I relax, the more I receive" might be the reset you need

Reflect on it yourself:

AWAKEN: (notice the pattern)

1. What has your intuition been trying to tell you lately that you haven’t been listening to? (ie. rest, creativity, adventure, boundaries, visibility, dance, play, travel, fun, community, close a door on something you’ve outgrown, etc.)

REFRAME: (shift the story)

2. What story have you been telling yourself about what it means to listen to that knowing — and what else could be true?

EMBODY: (put it into practice)

3. If you trusted your own knowing, what would you give yourself permission to do? And what’s one small action step you can take to honor it this week?
