54 | Ready to Feel Safe Again After Betrayal? How Listening to Your Body Can Finally Help You Rebuild Trust

Drawing on Colossians 3:15, "let the peace of God rule”, this practice brings that invitation out of the theological and into the physical. Where healing actually has to happen.
