There are some parenting wins that feel almost too simple to be true. This week, Amy and Mari are talking about one of them - a tiny word that takes the confrontation out of everyday requests and gets your kids, (and let's be honest, the adults in your life too) actually moving.
No nagging.
No standoffs.
Just one small shift that makes a surprisingly big difference to the whole mood in your home.
Your challenge this week: Pick one repeated request you make to your kids this week, e.g. the shoes, the homework, the teeth, and add the magic word! Then notice what happens. Does it land differently? Do you feel different saying it? Come and tell us - we'd love to hear from you!
