In this conversation with Rob Hopkins, founder of the Transition movement, we explore what twenty years of community-led change can teach us about co-creating the Third Attractor.Rob shares how Transition began in the small town of Totnes and grew into an international movement of communities experimenting with local food, energy, housing, currencies and new ways of working together. At its heart is a simple question: what can we actually do, with the people and resources around us, in the place where we live? But creating a different future requires more than practical projects. It also requires imagination. Rob believes our collective imagination has weakened at exactly the moment when we most need the capacity to envision something radically different. We speak about rebuilding that imaginative muscle, making the future tangible enough to long for, and creating thousands of local experiments that begin to show us what another world could look like.A hopeful and very practical conversation about community, agency, imagination and learning how to fall in love with the future.
