What happens when survival shapes your identity so deeply that you can no longer tell where the trauma ends and you begin?
In this episode of The Kelly Healing Project, Kelly sits down with Hollyanna Vellichor, founder of Bio Coding™, to talk about trauma, identity, the nervous system, chronic pain, and rebuilding yourself after losing the life you once knew.
Hollyanna shares her experience growing up in a high-control religious environment where she learned to suppress parts of herself and adopt the identity expected of her. After leaving, she was forced to rebuild after losing her marriage, home, community, and much of the identity she had known while also navigating complex PTSD, fibromyalgia, and chronic pain.
Kelly and Hollyanna explore self-blame, hyper-responsibility, survival patterns, learning what is actually yours to carry, and how healing can involve stripping away the “noise” until you can hear your own voice again. Hollyanna also shares her perspective on listening to the body’s signals and how those experiences led to the development of Bio Coding™.
This is a conversation about reconnecting with yourself, rebuilding self-trust, and finding meaning and purpose after trauma and profound loss.
