Not every season of life will feel like growth—but that doesn’t mean you aren’t growing.

Some seasons are about expansion. Others are about slowing down, letting go, setting boundaries, resting, rebuilding, or learning how to trust yourself again. And sometimes, the seasons that make the least sense while we’re living them become the ones that teach us the most.

In this episode of the Becoming series, we talk about recognizing the purpose in different seasons of life, releasing the pressure to constantly move forward, and learning to be present with who you are right now.

We’ll explore:

• Why growth doesn’t always look like progress
 • Seasons of expansion, rest, and letting go
 • How difficult seasons can reveal patterns and boundaries
 • Why we don’t need to judge past versions of ourselves
 • Learning to stop rushing toward the next chapter
 • Asking, “What is this season trying to teach me?”
 • How every decision is shaping the person you’re becoming

You don’t have to understand every season while you’re in it. Sometimes the meaning becomes clear only when you look back.

You may not be behind. You may simply be in a season you haven’t learned how to recognize yet.

Keep becoming. 💜
