Uncle Wiggily and Little Boy Blue brings Howard R. Garis's beloved rabbit gentleman to the rescue of a very cold and troubled Mother Goose character. Setting off through snowy fields with a warm apple pie for Grandpa Goosey Gander, Uncle Wiggily discovers Little Boy Blue in tears — unable to find his haystack and unable to blow a single note from his horn. The tunes, it turns out, are frozen solid inside it. What follows is a warm, inventive moment of problem-solving that only Uncle Wiggily could manage.
