People Can't Book With You If They Keep Forgetting You Exist

You can be an incredible esthetician, but if people don't know you exist, they can't book with you.

And sometimes they DO know you exist. They saw your post. They thought about booking. They meant to come back to it.

Then life happened.

In this Monday Marketing episode, we're talking about why consistently reminding people about your business is part of marketing and why repeating yourself probably isn't nearly as annoying as you think it is.

  • Why marketing is often the first thing to disappear when business or life gets busy

  • Why someone not booking doesn't automatically mean they weren't interested

  • How much we overestimate how closely people are paying attention to our businesses

  • Why repeating your message is part of helping people remember you

  • The importance of staying visible even when you're busy

  • Why follow-up and reminders aren't automatically annoying

  • What happens when you stop talking about your business and expect people to remember you

Your potential client has an entire life happening outside of your business.

She can see your post on Tuesday, think, “I need to book that,” and completely forget about it five minutes later.

That doesn't mean she decided not to book.

Sometimes she just needs to see you again.

And again.

And again.

You're probably tired of talking about your business way before your potential clients are tired of hearing about it.

So keep showing up. Keep talking about what you do. Keep reminding people how you can help them.

Because people can't book with you if they keep forgetting you exist.
