Śāśvata (शाश्वत) — EverlastingWelcome to Yoga Nidra #40.Śāśvata is a Sanskrit word meaning eternal, everlasting or perpetual. This 60-minute Yoga Nidra is an invitation to let go completely — to step away from doing, achieving and becoming, and simply rest. There is nowhere you need to go.Nothing you need to accomplish.Nothing you need to understand.Nothing you need to become.During this practice, I will guide you through body awareness, breath, Sankalpa (intention), rotation of consciousness, opposite sensations and finally into a spacious period of deep rest. You can practice lying comfortably on your back, in bed, or anywhere you feel safe and supported. Headphones are recommended, but not required. If you fall asleep, that's okay. Simply allow the practice to unfold.Duration: approximately 60 minutesPractice: Yoga Nidra / guided deep relaxationTheme: Śāśvata — EverlastingThank you for practicing with me.— Henrik / The Ljørring MethodChapters00:00 Arrival & Settling In08:00 Breath Awareness13:00 Sankalpa — Intention16:00 Rotation of Consciousness28:00 Breath Counting34:00 Opposites — Heaviness & Lightness41:00 Inner Space50:00 Deep Rest & Music#YogaNidra #DeepRelaxation #Meditation #SleepMeditation #NSDR #YogaNidraMeditation #GuidedMeditation
