I'm all for it

When you say “I’m all for it,” you mean that you strongly support an idea, plan, or suggestion. It’s more enthusiastic than simply saying, “I agree.”

Example:

Imagine you work in an office where meetings seem to take up half the day.

One morning, someone says:

“What if we kept Friday afternoons meeting-free so everyone could actually finish their work?”

Your colleague immediately replies:

“I’m all for it.”
