In this episode, we are sitting down for a tasty seasonal breakfast with Charlie Watson the runner and influencer.
On the menu today we have a delicious banana split topped with coconut yoghurt, cacao nibs and of course, spoon granola!
Recipe:
Ingredients (per person)
1 Banana
Tsp Coconut Oil
Cinnamon
Coconut Yoghurt
Granola
Cacao Nibs
Method:
Heat a tsp of coconut oil in a pan until hot
Slice your banana down the middle and place it face down on the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes each side
Dust with some cinnamon and add to your plate
Top it with coconut yoghurt and Spoon granola and you have a delicious banana split
