Georgia prepared a delicious breakfast of chocolate orange porridge topped with Spoon Dark Chocolate granola, cacao nibs and fresh orange
Recipe:
50g oats
1 tsp cacao powder
½ orange zested
½ orange juiced
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tbsp chia seeds
150ml Oat milk
Toppings:
Spoon Dark Chocolate Granola
Cacao nibs
Orange segment
Method:
Zest and juice the orange
Add all the ingredients for the porridge together in a saucepan and mix through on a medium heat, stirring frequently until piping hot
Top with Spoon Granola, Cacao nibs and Orange
Eve and Georgia discuss the benefits of matcha and the importance of buying ceremonial grade, they also discuss Eve's relationship with Yoga and meditative practices in the morning and how that sets her up for the day!
