In this episode Georgia and Miranda enjoy a seasonal breakfast of a winter spiced date chia pudding topped with stewed plums and Spoon Granola
Ingredients (per person)
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
2 Tbsp Coconut Yoghurt
125ml Coconut Milk
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Ginger
1 Date
2 Plums
Dash of water
Drizzle of agave
Method:
Prepare the chia pudding the night before by mixing the chia seeds together with the yoghurt, milk, cinnamon, ginger
Chop one medjool date into small pieces and add into the chia pudding
Pop it into the fridge overnight to set
In the morning stew the plums by chopping them into small pieces and cooking on a medium heat with a dash of cinnamon, agave and water
Top the chia pudding with the plums and a sprinkle of the granola
