A Sydney bakery literally transcribed a customer's entire online order message onto a birthday cake, including her polite 'thanks so much' note to the bakery staff. The cake read 'Happy birthday, Brandon. Thanks so much' instead of just the intended birthday greeting. The bakery later explained the order was placed incorrectly on their online form.
