Can you talk more about to deal with your loved ones sabotaging your efforts? It's so hurtful and so surprising.
Can you suggest a shopping list of swaps? Or what you have in your kitchen as staples currently?
One of the things I'm struggling with the most with calories is because... I hate "wasting" the calories. I'm more tempted to eat every bite even if I'm full because I've already calculated in those calories and I don't want to give them up.
