I love your pineapple cheesecake fluff but on your journey have you ever been concerned with sugar?
What would you recommend is the easiest most sustainable thing to do as far as measuring everything and tracking in the beginning? And how do you determine "how much" to have, for example 3oz 4oz of protein at a meal? this is exactly how I overthink this and get frustrated and give up.
Do you have any tips for getting through long work hours - including some overnights?
I feel so conflicted about losing weight because I worked SO HARD to have body positivity. But I'm having "some issues" medically and I need to lose weight because of them. I'm just really struggling.
