the softness is a biweekly hug for your nervous system in the form of guided meditations, affirmations, and somatic check ins. the softness is part of all bodies welcome yoga's virtual studio, a community for all bodies + abilities. if you haven't felt comfortable in mainstream wellness studios - maybe because of your body size, your chronic condition, or your neurodivergence - but you crave mind|body connection nonetheless, the softness was created to support you!

this is a trauma informed, no diet talk space. with patience, empathy, and fun, we will build a softer future. take softness with you!
