Are the lawyers representing Nolan Xavier Wells’ former friends AFRAID to discuss the FACTS and FORENSIC EVIDENCE surrounding his passing? After 72 hours, I’m beginning to question whether Edward Paltzik and Tyler Cox ever had any serious intention of having a meaningful conversation.
Approximately 72 hours ago, I released a video discussing an olive branch that Tyler Cox reportedly extended to Secret Service Sam, suggesting that both sides sit down and have a conversation.
Sam subsequently invited me to participate in order to balance the discussion, with two lawyers, two content creators, and Sam facilitating the conversation.
We then presented our terms and proposals, including TWO NON-NEGOTIABLE CONDITIONS:
1. THE SEA TOW AUDIO: Both sides would mutually agree on an independent, court-approved forensic audio expert to examine the UNREDACTED Sea Tow audio, followed by a qualified forensic transcription specialist to help establish exactly what can be heard in the background. The goal? To finally give the public credible, independently examined forensic evidence instead of endless speculation. 2. THE ALLEGED HORN ISLAND WITNESSES: We wanted answers about the credibility and reliability of the witnesses who reportedly claimed to have seen Nolan Xavier Wells on Horn Island around 6 PM on July 4. How did they identify Nolan? Did they know him personally? How far away were they? And what evidence supports their accounts?
These were not unreasonable requests. They were requests for FACTS, FORENSIC EVIDENCE, and TRANSPARENCY.
Now, approximately 72 hours later, we have yet to see meaningful progress toward agreeing on these two conditions. From my perspective, the apparent reluctance to address these specific issues raises serious questions about whether this proposed conversation was ever going to happen.
But here’s what I find particularly interesting: I’m actually GRATEFUL that these two issues appear to be sticking points.
Because if anything, this experience has reinforced exactly where I believe we should be focusing our attention as we continue demanding answers for Christine and Elmore.
This has NEVER been about winning an online argument. This is about establishing the FACTS, examining the FORENSIC EVIDENCE, and demanding JUSTICE FOR NOLAN XAVIER WELLS.
The questions aren’t going away. Neither are we. 🩵✊🏾🙏🏾
