A few days ago, I received a screenshot from a supporter alleging that Nolan Xavier Wells’ former friends, Warren Hudson Jr., Jax Pitalo, and Morgan Seymour, along with their attorneys, Edward Andrew Paltzik and J. Tyler Cox, are pursuing a defamation lawsuit against me over statements I’ve made about the Nolan Xavier Wells case.

The allegations also involve an Instagram Reel I posted that was shared by NFL Hall of Famer and former San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Terrell Owens.

IMPORTANT: I have NOT independently verified the authenticity of this screenshot. I do not know whether it is real, altered, or AI-generated.

I also received a SECOND screenshot allegedly showing former police officer and social media commentator Brandon Tatum reposting allegations that I’m being sued for defamation. Again, I have NOT verified whether this screenshot is authentic or AI-generated, and I am not presenting it as confirmed.

In today’s episode of The Trent Out Loud Show, I’m going to explain where I’ve been for the past four days, address these screenshots, and discuss FIVE very important things:

1. WHY THIS MAY BE HAPPENING: My thoughts on why Nolan Xavier Wells’ former friends and their attorneys may be taking these actions against content creators speaking about this case.
2. WHAT MAKES MY SITUATION DIFFERENT: One very important thing I believe is being done specifically to me that separates my situation from that of other content creators.
3. A MESSAGE TO CONTENT CREATORS: Something important I want every member of the content creator community to hear.
4. A MESSAGE TO MY SUPPORTERS: I have something personal and important I want to say to everyone who has been standing beside me.

There’s a lot to discuss, and after four days away, I’m ready to share what’s been happening.

To be absolutely clear, the authenticity of both screenshots remains unverified. Neither screenshot should be treated as proof of the claims it contains.
