ep 98. life has felt very up and down recently and in the spirit of listening to my heart and staying authentic and honest with myself and all of you, I wanted to chat about it. I’ve been struggling to practice what I preach like counting my wins, allowing myself to show up imperfectly, and speaking to myself with kindness recently, but I’m actively working on those practices to support myself through this time. life ebbs and flows and if you’re in a tougher phase of life right now full of uncertainty and growth, I’m right there with you. sending love as always, xx
