Getting engaged is often portrayed as one of the happiest, most exciting times of your life. And while there was plenty of joy, I discovered that stepping into engagement was also a huge emotional, psychological and relational transition.

In this episode, I’m sharing some of the behind-the-scenes drama of my engagement year — including changing my wedding dress — and what the whole experience brought up for me.
