How breathing is central to health and energy
The historical Buddha

Mindful awareness
Entering into a shift of consciousness
Exercise 1: When you’re stressed or overwhelmed, move your attention to the breath
Why most of us are embedded in the thinking mind
Exercise 2: Feeling the whole body all at once
Breathing practice to every cell of the body
The energetic vibration of all our cells
When the whole body becomes the organ of breathing
