Yesterday, I turned 52.

And at 5:30 in the morning on my birthday, I found myself thinking about the 32-year-old version of me and everything I wish I could go back and tell him.

Back then, I was still drinking. On the outside, many of the traditional markers of success were there, but underneath, things were beginning to tell a very different story.

So in this episode of The Alcohol-Free Advantage, I’m sharing some of the biggest lessons I’ve learned over those 20 years.

Some are about alcohol. Some are about health, success and the stories we tell ourselves. And some have completely changed the way I approach life.

If you’re somewhere around where I was at 32, questioning your relationship with alcohol or simply wondering what the next chapter could look like, this episode is for you.

What You'll Learn:

  • What I wish I could tell my 32-year-old self
  • Why some of the stories we tell ourselves deserve challenging
  • What I discovered about alcohol and success
  • How my perspective has changed over the last 20 years
  • The principle I now believe can transform almost anything in your life
