職場上最有成就感的時刻，莫過於面對重重挑戰，團隊依然想辦法把事情完成！

這一集的情境是：專案預算減少了20%，團隊卻透過有效運用資源、分階段執行，成功完成系統移轉專案，還把關鍵錯誤率控制在1%以下！👏

想用英文表達「雖然過程不容易，但我們最後還是做到了」，就可以學會這個實用句型：

💬 We managed to complete the project. 「我們設法完成了這項專案。」

Good morning, team. I'd like to update you on the Q3 system migration project. Despite a 20% reduction in our initial budget, we successfully managed to complete the project only two days behind the original schedule. Furthermore, we managed to keep the critical bug rate under 1%, which is significantly lower than the industry average of 5%. This success was achieved by effectively managing our limited resources and implementing a phased rollout. Thank you for your hard work.

（我們設法達成／完成了某件有難度的事）

[說明]

1. manage to … 傳達「在面對挑戰、資源有限或條件不佳的情況下，完成某事」的意思。

manage to 後面一定接動詞原形（V），不能使用 V-ing。

2. 這個用語表示「設法做到某事」，語氣通常帶有「雖然不容易，但最後成功了」的意思。

• We manage to keep costs under budget. （我們設法將成本控制在預算之內。）

• We managed to deliver the project on time. （我們還是設法準時交付了專案。）

manage to 和 can 有什麼不同？

• We can complete the project. 我們有能力完成這項專案。
• We managed to complete the project. 我們克服困難，最後成功完成了這項專案。

當你要向主管報告「即使資源有限，團隊仍然達成目標」時，使用 managed to 更能突顯克服挑戰後的成果。
