they don’t know what we been through now I'm on a podcast with in-q watch us grow at last into what we meant to, be
watch us grow like a seed ditch the illusions that they feed us, living in a world where we grew up as rejects, tried to tell ‘em our truth but they say it’s too esoteric,
global pandemic caused another epidemic of mental health, problems, that came in our minds just to rob em, and haunt em, and put ‘em at rock bottom
nervous system tweaking out had to go below the surface just to figure it out had to take what I thought, what I felt, but what I’m not but what I meant and put it all back into art
all the pain and frustrations, in my heart~ I thought I lost myself due to complications in my mark had to spend a couple months, by myself in the dark
I started writing poems started speaking with the poets all of a sudden I see how my whole mind opens creativity, wit the flow maturity is when you know when to let it go
stand in the darkness, light it up by being honest like In-Q and I are artists (yeah) we create because it's cathartic (yeah) even when life gets the hardest (yeah) you gotta look at yourself and go even harder (yeah)
