Spider-Man CLONE SAGA Coming To TV?! Is This A Good Idea? | Kristian Harloff Show
The Spider-Man Clone Saga is reportedly coming to television! One of the most famous — and controversial — storylines in Spider-Man history is getting another adaptation, potentially bringing Ben Reilly, the Scarlet Spider, and the Clone Saga to a new generation of Marvel fans.
On today's Kristian Harloff Show, we break down the news surrounding the Spider-Man Clone Saga TV project, how the infamous comic storyline could be adapted, and whether this is actually a good idea. The Clone Saga has a complicated history with Spider-Man fans, but could a streamlined television adaptation finally make the story work?
And that's only the beginning of today's show.
A Game of Thrones movie is officially on the calendar for June 2029. After the enormous success of HBO's Game of Thrones universe, Westeros is making the jump to the big screen. What kind of story warrants a theatrical Game of Thrones movie, and could this become another major franchise for Warner Bros.?
Over at Marvel Studios, Shawn Levy reportedly chose Ghost Rider despite being aggressively courted by Tom Cruise for another project. Levy is taking on Marvel's supernatural antihero as the MCU continues expanding, and expectations are already high for this new version of Ghost Rider. What made Levy choose Marvel, and what can he bring to the character?
Then there's Star Wars: Rogue Squadron. New details reveal just how troubled the movie's development has been, with the project reportedly going through at least three different creative teams. Why has Lucasfilm struggled so much to get Rogue Squadron off the ground, and is there still a version of this movie that eventually makes it into theaters?
Finally, the reviews for Digger are arriving. We'll discuss the early response and whether the movie should be on your radar.
