Fear is something we all have in some area of our lives.


For me, my biggest fear (other than death and the death of loved ones) are heights.


For many people though, fear of the gym is a real problem and can really hold many people back.


Today I want to share my own gym fears (even as a personal trainer) and how I learned to cope and how you can push this fear aside too.
