Everywhere you look right now, it's the same message. Worst market ever. Hardest time to be an agent. I'm going to tell you today why that's the biggest load of bullshit you'll hear all year, and why I actually think this could be one of the best times to be an agent.
Let's acknowledge the real stuff first. Record low sales volume, rate lock-in, peak prices, agent oversaturation, it's all real. I'm not disputing any of it. But here's what nobody's telling you: over 4 million homes are still being sold this year, and there are two sides to every single one of those transactions.
The agents who are struggling right now aren't struggling because the market made them struggle. They're struggling because they bought into a narrative and used it as a crutch.
