In this message, Pastor Gerry explores Acts 4 and 5 and the tangible results of coming together as the body of Christ. The early church demonstrated genuine oneness and generous sharing, giving powerful testimony to the Lord Jesus. Through the contrast between Barnabas, who laid what he had at the apostles' feet, and Ananias and Sapphira, who held back, we are challenged to consider what wholehearted allegiance to Jesus truly looks like.

Gerry leaves us with two questions: What other allegiances keep us from surrendering all to Jesus? And what time, talent, or treasure is God asking us to lay down at His feet? Following Jesus is more than an outward appearance. It calls for genuine inward heart change and an allegiance that holds nothing back.
